This article explains why that happens and how to make sure your Accomplishment is unlocked. ### Requirements for completion To unlock an Accomplishment, make sure you’ve completed every step of the course: - **All videos** are marked as watched. - **All sections** are checked off as complete. - **The feedback form** at the end of the course is submitted successfully. If any of these are incomplete, the system will not register the course as finished. --- ### How to confirm your progress 1. Open your course dashboard. 2. Review each section to confirm it shows as completed. 3. Double-check that you clicked Submit on the feedback form.
