When to request a refund
- You notice an incorrect charge.
- You were charged after canceling your subscription.
- You believe there has been a billing error.
How to request a refund

Once your request is received, our Support team will investigate and let you know the outcome.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

You can manage your subscriptions by:
- Clicking on your profile picture (top right corner).
- Selecting “Manage Subscription.”
- Clicking “Manage Subscription” again from the pricing pop-up.
