How can I delete my personal data?

This article explains how to request the deletion of your personal data.

You can delete your account yourself; however, you cannot delete your personal data yourself. To proceed, you must submit a request through our Support team.

If you request to delete only your personal data:

  • We will remove your contact details from our communications database.
  • You will be unsubscribed from newsletters and other emails.
  • Your Learning Platform account remains active unless you delete your account yourself. How to do so here.

To request deletion of your data:

  1. Create a support ticket by filling out this form.
  2. Include the email address associated with your account.
  3. Specify that you want to delete only your personal data from the database.

Our Support team will process your request and confirm once your data has been deleted.
