DeepLearning.AI’s Pro membership includes a 7-day free trial to help you explore all features before committing. After this trial period, all payments are non-refundable.

How refunds work

  • Trial period: You can cancel any time during the 7-day trial to avoid charges.
  • After trial: Renewals, upgrades, or new payments after the 7-day trial are non-refundable.
  • Partial refunds: We do not issue partial refunds if you cancel or downgrade before the end of your billing cycle. Your plan remains active until your next renewal date.
