Delete your DeepLearning.AI account and personal data
This article explains how to request the deletion of your DeepLearning.AI account and/or the personal data we store about you.
You cannot delete your account or data by yourself. To proceed, you must submit a request through our Support team.
Delete your Learning Platform account
If you request to delete only your DeepLearning.AI Learning Platform account:
- We will remove your access to courses, progress, and certificates.
- Your personal data in our communications/database is not deleted. You may still receive newsletters or other emails from us.
To request deletion of your account:
- Create a support ticket by filling out this form.
- Include the email address associated with your account.
- Specify that you want to delete only your Learning Platform account.
Our Support team will review your request and notify you once the account has been deleted.
Delete your personal data (communications/database)
If you request to delete only your personal data:
- We will remove your contact details from our communications/database.
- You will be unsubscribed from newsletters and other emails.
- Your Learning Platform account remains active unless you also request account deletion.
To request deletion of your data:
- Create a support ticket by filling out this form.
- Include the email address associated with your account.
- Specify that you want to delete only your personal data from the database.
Our Support team will process your request and confirm once your data has been deleted.
Delete both your Learning Platform account and your personal data
If you request to delete both your Learning Platform account and your personal data:
- We will remove your access to courses, progress, and certificates.
- We will also delete your personal data from our communications/database so you no longer receive emails.
To request deletion of both:
- Create a support ticket by filling out this form.
- Include the email address associated with your account.
- Specify that you want to delete both your Learning Platform account and your personal data.
Our Support team will process your request and notify you once the deletion is complete.
