You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. Changes take effect immediately when you upgrade, so you’ll get instant access to new courses, certifications, and features. ### How upgrading works - If you want access to additional features, courses, or certifications, you can upgrade instantly from your account settings. - Once upgraded, you’ll have immediate access to the new tier’s benefits. --- ### How downgrading works - Your current access will remain active until the end of your billing cycle. - You’ll keep access to all content and can continue to earn certificates until your cycle ends. - Your progress in any started course will be saved for 180 days, giving you the chance to upgrade again if you want to complete quizzes or assignments. --- ### **Why this flexibility matters** We understand that learning goals can change. That’s why the Pro membership is built to adapt, whether you’re scaling up to dive deeper into AI, or taking a step back to focus on essentials. --- ### **Manage your membership** You can manage your membership directly from your **account settings**, or [contact our support team](https://share.hsforms.com/1EsdrWJXnR5WYr8BdPryuVg3hul4?__hstc=28198563.03166376e584f723a4c92b32c31b284b.1724711970621.1757430715750.1757448668733.738&__hssc=28198563.13.1757448668733&__hsfp=4234827342) if you need help making changes. --- ### **Still need help?** If you have more questions or encounter any issues, please [create a support ticket here](https://share.hsforms.com/1EsdrWJXnR5WYr8BdPryuVg3hul4?__hstc=28198563.03166376e584f723a4c92b32c31b284b.1724711970621.1757430715750.1757448668733.738&__hssc=28198563.13.1757448668733&__hsfp=4234827342).
